Putting Downhill

I first want to wish all the members a safe and Happy Holiday Season from myself and my staff.  It has been a great year of golf and we are preparing for an even better 2012 golf season.   My staff and I are currently working on the golf calendar and have created some NEW events for 2012. On May 5-6 we will have Anniversary Weekend which consists of the Mudders Triple Crown on the 5^th and the Couples Anniversary Tournament on the 6^th followed by the Anniversary Celebration.  In July we will have a month long Match Play event and in the fall we will introduce an event which consists of a series of tournaments.  More details on these and other events will be sent out in March.

Start your Holiday shopping right by joining us on Wednesday December 7, 2011 for the Golf Shop Balloon Sale from 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm.  All clothing, bags, shoes, balls, gloves headwear, Special Orders and everything else in the Golf Shop will be discounted from 20% to 50% OFF.  Complimentary hors d’oeuvres, wine and wrapping of gifts will be available.  This is a great opportunity to use all your Golf Shop credit before it disappears!  So make plans to join us for this great event.

The cold weather has arrived and we might see some snow during this season.  We are asking all golfers to pay attention to how close they park their golf carts to the putting surfaces.  Remember to keep your golf cart a minimum of 30 feet from the greens.  This is a time of year where damage to the fringes is easily done by parking on the fringes.  This damage will take until late Spring to heal.  So if you see someone parking on the fringes please ask them to move their golf cart.  Thank you for your help.
